I would say:

Head/Cam job
Stieg port with port match plenum
4/6 lb lower
Tune
Torque converter
Traction bars
Wideband to pin down air/fuel so's not to blow the mo

As someone who has had outstanding results with the Magnum on a stock bottom end, I highly recommend the blower. Out grow the blower.......LOL......I haven't yet!
And I've been trying real hard
Some say you have to spin the **** out of the Magnum to get to the real power. Something not good for the stock bottem end.

the elecric water pump is crap, as mentioned above (IMO). I would go w/ a KB, 60# injectors, sct MAF, 255 walboro fuel pumps, JLP t-bars, nittos all around.

I had the MP on the stock bottom end, with a 6lb lower I made 460rwhp and 560 rwtq, street program for 93 octane. My truck is getting a built longblock with ported heads/cams to go under the MP. I believe they will be using a 8lb lower with it, I'll let you know the results in a couple of weeks. hoping for atleast 550hp 625 tq

50" Plasma TV for the living room, Bose surround sound, twelve pack Bud Light, 24 oz porter house rare, and a tank of Supreme Unleaded. You should have some excess cash for some traction bars or a ported blower.
