1fst54 hope you don't mind but I brightened up the photos a little. Although not my cup of tea, I bet that rig will pull like a John Deer and mud with the best of em! He has some serious money in that truck.

I always wanted to see a syclone lifted going through the mud. We may as well ruin one of those too while we're at it.

I like it, i would never do it to mine or any other Lightning. But i give him a for all the time and effort and the smarts it took to get it up in the air like that. I would like to see some better pics of it, or better yet i would love to see it in person. I had a 98 Chevy reg' cab Z-71 with a 6 inch Superlift with 35-14-50 Micky T Baja's, so i don't envy the ride he's getting with a lifted truck. I keep mine maybe 8 mths after i lifted it, just wasn't for me.

I'm going to say it wasn't a Lightning to start with!! wouldn't be hard for someone to build a truck like that (hint, hint). did you see the S/C pulley? are you sure it was a 5.4? What about the tranny, was is the 4r100 or the 4r70w. Not near my taste but to each his own...

His friend either doesnt know what hes talking about or is making that crap up, how many "f-150's" have you seen with a 8 lug solid axle, ive seen about approximately exactly 0.
I give it the vote....late Stan

With paint like that, I would never take that thing through a puddle, let alone mud...

I think its a nice novelty, but I still prefer an 'ol boxey, beat up cherokee with over 6" of lift... hopefully my next cheaper project.
