Isn't this your 3rd time sending it in and back? Not trying to start anything, but I can recall a post by you recently about how this is the third time sending it back and when it came back you were selling it and not putting it back on your truck. Your words, not mine. Just curious because now you are acting like it's been fine for 2.5 years until now.

True that. I recall you've had many problems with it in the past, including right after you got your first one.

Ya my first one failed right away, they replaced it.

This one has been on my truck for 2.5 years, so yes I sent my blower back twice. This time I can tell it was the one I sent to them recientlly, As I started to polish a little spot, and I can still se it.

I was a little frustrated, but with all that is going on with whipple I guess it ain't to bad.

There are plenty of people getting plenty of life out of KB's... The third one for the Lightning they ever made is still running strong and mine has had no problems too... I am just happy to hear about them standing by their product for you Don...

KB took care of me when my blower was out of warranty as well. Even covered the standard shipping rate too.
That is why I would never put anything else on my truck in its place. -Mat-

I'm not stirring the pot, YOU are stirring the pot. I questioned Don, he answered, I acknowledged the answer. End of that conversation. Now YOU are trying to make it go further. Whether people do it on purpose, or on accident, the posts like yours are usually the ones that cause the pile on pot stirring, not the original posters.

I had the same slop in the snout of my KB about 4 months ago. I took it to Kenne Bell they put new seals and coupler while I waited, about one hour no problem. I had all of my paper work with me and took care of it for free!!

Why even bring up the fact that Don said he wasn't gonna put it back on and now he did. What the hell do you care?

Like I said, stir the pot.

Why? Because it's a valid question. Because I'm not the only one who remembered Don saying that, I'm just the one that had the gonads to ask. There a plenty of valid questions that get asked around here, but because they are contraversial or they go against the grain, the REAL pot stirrers turn those topics into a side show that makes everyone in the end look bad, instead of just getting to the bottom of the topic at hand.

Just because someone asks a question of that nature doesn't make it any less vaild. It's responses like yours that fuel the "pot stirrers" who are just sitting back waiting to jump into a heated post with stupid popcorn icons or dumb responses.

KB had a nasty reputation in the past for customer care and warranty work, but if they keep treating peaple this way.....soon everybody will forget how bad they hated them.

He must be making a few bucks... to be able to do this.
