Finally Got Spindles to Work
Someone postes this info on the other thread. It seemed to get ignored...
I once had a contact that would modify an oem spindal and reweld the shaft to get a 2" drop. He HIGHLY stresses that the modified spindal could only be used with 20" rims because the clearance on 18's was to tight and would cause alot of problems.
For the Lightnings, it seems like 1.5" drop would have been a lot more practical. No grinding on a caliper mount and you would be able to use a full size nut on the lower ball joint, possibly even the orginal castle nut.

i think ill just go with the springs unless the make this work with the stock wheels cause i dont want 20's

For added safety this is what I will do for my Belltech install.
I doubt I will have to remove the new spindles in the future. I will install safety wire to the grade 8 slim nut but just in case I will add 5 minute epoxy to the nut. I tried this once and it becomes almost impossible to remove without damaging the nut itself. The only way to remove the nut is to heat it up with a torch.
This may be a little extreme, but it will give me some added peace of mind and I am the only one doing work on my truck. So in the remote chance that I need to remove this part, I know that it must be heated first.
