Eaton Lubrication

hi all, I have 56k miles on my 01 lightning with the stock eaton, stock pullys as well. How do you change the oil on the Eaton supercharger, what kind does it take and how much, where do you get it, and how often are you supposed to change it? Thanks!

not sure what the real interval is on the oil but i have changed mine but thats due to i had my blower ported. It is available at your local gm dealer for like 6 bucks a bottle and it takes two bottles. Youll need a small hose to drain it out of the snout and some type of suction.

The little allen key hole on the front of the supercharger is where you fill and drain. You can check the level by seeing if its up to the fill hole with a small screwdriver but i doubt you really need to change it. theyre pretty much maintance free unless you have a leak or disassemble it. Yes it can be had at your local GM dealer for a cheaper price than Ford.
