255 Fuel Pumps Q

Alright, quick q for everybody. I'm going to be adding the dual 255 pumps here shortly, i want to take advantage of LFP's sale of 198 or whatever it is. Anyways, i've been dyno tuned by JL on the 4lb lower, and stock pumps, and the mods in my sig. When i add the pumps, i will be adding a 6lb lower instead of the 4lb. Now my question is; would JL be able to dial me in knowing how much fuel my truck needed on the 4lb pulley w/ the stock pumps, to be able to accurately tune my truck in w/ the larger pumps and the additional 2lbs of boost I will be adding? Or am i going to have to make a trip to get dyno tuned again with the addition of the pumps?

I'm sure that they can get close.

I will say that nothing beats the peace of mind of a dynotune though. And I had to drive 5 hours, you are only a few minutes away from JLP right?

the pumps shouldn't really affect your tune. he should be able to adjust the tune for an extra 2 lbs. of boost easily

Being that your truck has a fuel pressure regulator. I would think the fuel pressure shouldn't change with the new pumps.
