Silver Bullett and High Flow Cats or Bassani with High Flow Cats..which is loud/mean?

I want them loud and mean. On the cats, which is the best setup for the money. I'm going to take the exhaust system and get it welded on so would I be better off getting high flow H pipe or individual cats and have the shop weld them on?

I want to stay @ the best $$$ I can.

Thanks,
Jim

Gotcha...what about the best cats? I'm in Ohio and my county has E-Check so I gotta keep the cats. Do I need to get a chip if I get single cats and cat back? Does that change anything with the 02 sensor?

Thanks for the replies...I heard that the JDM exhaust is not in line with the Bassani as far as quality. Is this accurate. Also, do you have single JDM muffler or duals? What size tips came with the setup and do the High flow cats work with the stock manifolds?

I know I'm replying a little late to this but:
Stock headers, Maggy X pipe and high flow cats (only 2) and a JDM Silver Bullit.
Video clip here: http://azsvt.com/gallery/albums/New-Mods/My_pipes.mpg
Right click and save.

I have 3 inch or 3.25 stainless slash cuts, it's what came on it.

Thats my set-up. I wouldn't change it for anything.

I've got Kooks SS headers and high flow cats, x-pipe and SS bassini exhaust. I wouldn't call it particulary loud - but when you get on it, they'll know you're coming!

Awesome, thanks for the clip...that's exactly what I'm looking for. My SB should be here on WED and I already got my High Flow cats a few weeks ago. I found a shop that will cut out the stock cats and weld in my maggie high flows and install the SB for $150!!! I'm so freakin excited about it...that sound clip you posted has me wishing it was here already!!!!

Thanks,
Jim

I think what it all boils down to is what your really into. I have heard all kinds of varation of what people like and dont like. I mean we can all suggest what we like, but it all is about what you want!

You'll want to add 2 Dynamat Extreme bulk packs (est. $200 each maybe less I don't know I only deal in cost and they arn't cheap) to your interior if you want to have a conversation while driving. The back wall of my cab has 2 layers on it and the floor might get a second layer soon.
