If I remember correctly, the only visual difference between the 99 Expy console, which is what this is, and the 02 Lightning console, is the shape of the digital display (the plug fittings are different also). There's modification to be done with the mounting hardware. I believe a later model Expy console is plug and play, but still with modification of the mounting hardware.
