I have a friend with 99 cobra with intake exhaust 4.10s and some other stuff and we raced from 40 mph roll on had him by a half a car lenght up to 140+ and I am bone stock 01. you should walk him.

 

no havent been to thialand or Pi yet. we releaved the ESSEX in japan. thats cool you were an HC-5 rescue swimmer, i was on watch yesterday when a new SAR swimmer checked on board, i think he was a pilot or somthing cause he was definately an officer.

 

I agree that you would probly take the cobra in a race. Just my .02.

Also if you get the chance to go to Thailand be sure to check out the special shows in the Pat pong 1 district (Bangkok) and make sure you get some Thai gold.

 

Hey guys. This is the cobra guy posting on my boy's lighting name. I like all the comments about the race between my modded cobra and his modded lightning (which I know is pretty fast). First of all b4 everyone gets pissed off we are all ford lovers and lightnings are kick ***. Something my friend here did not mention is that I have a paxton novi 1000 centrifical supercharger that I took off my mustang per a bad mishap resulting in a blown engine. I had to buy a new engine. My mustang can handle the supercharger. I just did not want to **** of the wife with it on. We are going to race at firebird raceway in Arizona when we get back. I am going to put my supercharger back on when we do. I still have my 60 lb fuel injectors in the car and my autologic chip that goes hand in hand with the supercharger (it is still in my car). I know his truck is fast but my dyno from JBA racing in california is 470rwhp and 427 rwt. He doesn't really have a chance. I also have my 3;77 and my nitto nt555 to help with my torque. So I just wanted to say what up and svt for life. Oh what do you think his Truck will run with the mods? We are both curious. Please reply.

good lookin out, ill definately remember to let you guys know, were both stationed in sandiego but were both from arizona. im from fountain hills and my boy with the cobra is from chandler. if my truck doesnt beat him, i want all the lightnings that can to be there ehehe so he knows what hes really dealing with. i would love to meet the local AZ L owners too. good times cant wait to get off this floating pile of US sovern territory, it should be around october so hopefully we can catch a cooler day.

 

470 rwhp is no joke on a car that is about 1K lighter that out trucks. I'm not sure what the truck is putting down but he will need at least that much rwhp to hang.
