Clunk Washers. I searched, who sells them?

Like the title says. I fiqure that since I am getting the new shoes mounted this week and an alignment also, I might as well get the washers in. I thought that one of the vendors sold them, but I didn't see any listed.

Help is appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks. I just ordered them from JDM. I could have sworn that I checked his site though.

The clunk washer are not a ford part, so no they wont install them (unless you pay them to). Fords fix was a lock washer and that seems to not hold up any good. The clunk washer fits the oval hole the bolt goes through and makes everything solid. I have an 03 and never had a problem with any clunk. When I finally get around to lowering the truck I will install them. Until then I wont get them unless I hear it.

DL sold them through a link on JLP's website, but not anymore.

DL sells them, He sold JDM and LFP their first sets......He sends out a copy of the Ford TSB paperwork with the washers. Has torque specs, alignment specs, etc.

Ask your dealer, If you buy them, He may install them under the TSB. I know DL sold several sets to a Ford dealer in Minnesota to sell to his customers.

E-mail him at : dplynn1@bellsouth.net

The Ford 'star washer' fix didn't hold on mine. Here are pictures of my install:
