Testing Fuel Pressure Regulator?

Anyone have the procedure or know how I can test my FPR?

My pressure at idle is around 38, but occationally it just pops to 60 (still at idle) I'm thinking this might be setting my rich codes...

Mine sits at about 29 at idle. I'm pretty sure 38 isn't where it should be. I'd like to hear how to test the FPR as well....

High flow fuel pumps...

I've got high flow fuel pumps, not sure if that changes anything.

The service manual specifies a suplemental "fuel system diagnostic manual" (or something like that language)

Anyone got a copy?
