Transmission ?

Does the Trition supercrew have the 4r100 like the L. If not does Factory Tech sell a Valve body for that transmisson?
Tried asking in the other forum but they seems to be retarted!

The F-150 Screw has the 4R70W transmission. I believe Greg was working on something for them. You could always turn your EPC solenoid in a little bit. -Mat-

depends on the year and the emmissions package it has, up to 2003 model year it could be either one. To make it easy, the door code for a 4100 is "E" and the 4R100 has 20 pan bolts. The 4R70W has 14 pan bolts, and we make a kit for it also.

2001 Supercrew 4x4 5.4L. Thanks for the info. I will check the bolts. Does your dealers have the valve body for the 4r70W? Or will I have to buy it from you?

Depending on what you're trying to do, I believe that the Lightning has a few different components than a stock 4r100. You might want to ask Greg this question depending on your intended application.

the differences in the box from a regualr 5.4 and a S/C one are all internal and the 2C will work on both, but I do tune them differently for the diesel models.
