Polished billet aluminum wheels..

I'm looking at some centerline billet aluminum w\high polish finish. I have read some threads here where these can be difficult to keep clean, much more than even the stock rims. Is this true, looking for input.

Thanks,
-Rich

Keeping polished parts polished is a pain, but you can use products like Zoops Seal before you install the wheels. Zoops will keep them looking good for years.

or just get a mothers power ball, I got billet wheels and I polished them every month or so, it used to take me about 30 min each wheel now with the power ball just 5 min each and they look awesome.

How dirty does the ball get, and can you clean it after each use? Was thinking after cleaning one wheel with it, there would be too much crap on the ball, to clean the other three?

Nice wheels BTW!

I clean all four wheels with the same powerball (and sometimes my flowmasters tips), I does not get too dirty, then when you are finished just rinsed it off and let it dry and it will be rady for the next time.

Here ya go. Polished billet centerline . If i remember they're the baja model. I could be wrong on that ,i got them a couple years ago. They can be a pain in the azz to clean . Especially on a daily driver. I know mine dont have a clear coat . Not sure if you can clearcoat billet. My truck only sees the streets once in a while. To be honst i would look for something chrome or clearcoated for a dailydriver. Hope this helps.

I used my "Powerball" for the first time on the wheels this past weekend! Works great and cleans up easily!
