Digital volt meter

I was wondering if there was somewhere i could find a digital voltmeter like just the display so i could mold it into my gauge pillar to watch my mass air voltage.

could you use a normal volts gauge? and just wire it into the MAF rather than where it normally attaches?

I currently have a wire running from the mass air to under my floor mat. When i want to watch mass air votlage i hook my digi volt meter to it and let my buddy watch it. I just would like to have the little display mounted in the pod to where it looked proffesional and still functioned all the time instead of hooking it up.

Buy a cheaper volt-meter (not a fluke ) and jsut dism antle it and mount the display how you want and hardwire the power of the device to your battery and hardwire the leads to the maf voltages. Not too hard.

i just use my predator. i don't think maf voltage is really something that you need to keep an eye on. check it on a nice cold day, and see what it peaks at. why would you need to watch it constantly? it is not like it will all of a sudden peg.

Mine currently is running 4.90-4.92 the last few times i checked it and that was in the heat of the day so i think im at the point where i need to watch it untill i can afford a sct mass air.

I emailed gadgetseller about it untill then i might look into unoid's idea.

You can try Dakotadigital.com Not sure if they register under 10 volts though. I've had a few for my stereo setups.

my screen name is BRAIN, as in the noodle on your head.

you could put a switch on it, and make it a voltmeter as well, as we don't have a battery gauge.

the only problem with that gauge though, is it reads in 0.1v increments. so, unless it hit 5v, you wouldn't know if it was 4.90 or 4.94, or if i didn't round up, 4.99v

you might call or email dakota digtal, for more details, they will give a quick response, but i think you should probably keep looking.
