Did someone say 32 Valves???
its nice to see someone else is going through their own motor instead of just sending it off to some tuner. (not that its bad just different) i did my own 2 valve motor. yours is definitly more exotic though. so your in dallas? where? id like to see that thing
nice
real nice work!!!!
Looks like we'll have some nice comparison between a 5.4 32 valve procharged vs turbo charged with the projects going on here.
Still wanna see one with the twin screw mounted up top and see what it can do on the track in these trucks.

Thanks for all the great comments. The pistons are 11cc pistons. The pistons really cost an arm and a leg. I've got over $1000 tied up in those suckers. JE sure is proud of there stuff. 700 for the one off pistons 200 for there newest ringset and 160 for upgraded pins.
Yes Sal I will be running the D1SC. I ordered pulleys to get me in the 20-25 range. I'm going for some big numbers. I would like to have it de-tuned for everyday driving around 650-700. The race gas tune should be significantly different.
I will have more pics soon. I'm going with a one off fuel system wich consist of -10 line from the tank feeding 2 -8's going into the rails returning with a -6.
Still up in the air on either running the Barry Grant pump or the aeromotive.
All input is appreciated.
I had to edit the piston cc sorry for the error.

Also, you're not going to like this if you haven't done it already, but you ABSOLUTELY MUST double key the crank. The modular crank snout is very small, and the keyway design is very poor. I started to roll the keyway out of the crank under the load of the Whipple, and the Procharger just ripped the whole balancer and pulley off. You need to double key the crank, and use an ARP crank bolt.
Hope this helps. I've been down this road already.

Looks like another step for Ford Performance. I can't wait until all these beasts are up and running.... I want one
keep up the pics
