hummm what is wrong,
when the truck is in gear but at a dead stop (at a light) it does a lot of hunting around, it just wont idle smooth at all.
is there anything i can adjust mechanicly to try to strighten this out? i tried messing with the tb but i cant go to far or it ends up idling to high when in park and right now its pretty good at a hair under 1000

You might try cleaning the Idle ari control unit on the passenger side of the intake plenum.

Check your TPS voltage, especially if you've been messing with the throttle body. Do a search to get info.
