Efan Dyno

Was just watching "Tuner Transformation" on Speed Channel this morning and they did a dyno comparison/efan install on a Lightning. The result was a +3-4 hp with the efan. Not a significant increase but an increase nonetheless. The L was modified and had a KB I noticed. FWIW

I gained about 4.5 ft.-lbs. and about 5 hp when installing an efan on my truck. Sounds about right...

I think the additional throttle response, reduced engine laod, and cooling options (cooling in the pits etc) is what people really go after.

Exactly. The cooling in the pits is worth the price of admission if you go to the track very much.

Amen to that Tim. Now I can listen for other noises and bumps to scare the ch*t out of me.
