Best Shaved Door/Tailgate Handle Kits?

Mainly directed at the people who have done this:

Who makes the best shaved door handle kits. I've been looking at Autoloc, but I'm unsure of how good they are. Who has the best working kits, along with best fitting steel plates that cover the handle? I know Sir Micheals has a tailgate skin, but I don't want to drop a hot bit of cash on prep work if it doesn't have a good fit and finish.

Also, to anyone who has done it: should I get some nice fiber glass fenders and get them painted (considering they have no holes for antennas and emblems), or just shave of the emblems and antenna. I found prices on nice looking new fenders for under $400. A body shop I talked to said all the emblems would be difficult, and would be atleast a few hundred dollars. I love steel, but the look of these fiberglass fenders are nice. Any opinions, ideas, or perhaps actual experience?
