I know you were going 70 over, what kind of block are you running? and what does that take the displacement to with the stroker?

I know the old Windsors were good to 70 over, and some special blocks to 120, just wondering what you were using.

uh-hem....if John bored the iron block .070...even a newer block. The cylinder walls will be floppin in the breeze at that power level.

As I figured, that's why I asked what block he was running since I don't see the 331 cutting it anymore.

Thumbs down

Ya I think I remember him saying he was going 70 over, and I asked about the block and got no answer. Everyone likes to brag about how much power they make, but no one likes to share the details. I understand a lot of racing is secrets, but for a tuner to do that, is stupid. Tuners build fast trucks to show case thier knoledge and ability, but to me their is no point if its something that doesn't help us. If that was a privite persons truck that didn't want to share details, thats fine.

Good luck with your quest for 8's.

I'm guessing a spike or dip that he removed. Just a freak blip maybe.

Waveblaster--Supposely the world product's aluminium blocks stated that it can be stroked out to a 6 liter. You can read it on the SHM website. Nice #'s BTW Johnny.
