6# lower on, have a few questions..
I just put on a #6 lower blower pulley and had a few questions. When I put the belt on after the install it was very tight, it was much easier to take the stock belt off, is this normal? Also I noticed under the pulley are two brake lines??? That are very close to the pulley, is this also normal, or is there something I should do to adjust or move those cables?
Thanks guys!
Oh and yes I checked to make sure I had the right belt and according to the few posts I read, I did have the right belt for a stock upper and 6# lower.

If the belt is "very tight" you have one of two options. Get a longer belt or grind the little stop/snub off the idler arm housing.
Those two lines are your tranny lines. Just make sure they are held firmly with a bracket and have no less than a 1/2" clearance to the pulley. ("held firmly" is the key there)
