Crankshaft Pully - info?

I'm trying to find the part # to this. I broke a bolt off - from the S/C pulley - in my crankshaft pulley.........long story........but the threads are all screwed up anyways.

But I called my local ford dealer and they quoted me $190

The online part vendors show around $50-70 for several engine sizes.......but dont show a "lightning" one or part numbers to compare.......and I dont have a part # anyways.

Anyone have one laying around, or have a part #?????

You need a Crank shaft balancer then. You may just want to upgrade yours to a better one some of the vendors here sell them or maybe one of the guys here will have a used for you just need to know what year truck 99-00 or 01 and up.

Mine's an 02, so it may be different but...

The part number is etched into the rear of the balancer ring, along with a date/time stamp amd the Ford logo. It starts right at the notch in the pulley.

Mine reads:

"K9BOZ (Ford) 1L3V-AA 11/14/01 07:16"

There is a guy named Steve that is a SV on ModularFords and SVTP that will do 10% od cost on Ford parts - I've used him twice now with great results.

Good Luck,
Herb

What's up with the stocker? Does it warrant improvement?

I believe it is just fine(the stock one) I have no data but the after market one may reduce some rotational vibrations better but I do not know if it is worth the extra money.

HAHA! I did the same thing last year!

SHeered off 2 bolts. I started drilling them, but someone hooked me up with a used one! (thanks whoever that was).

If you have a '99, you can have mine, just need to finish moving the broken bolt and tap it.

It's really easy to fix, nothing to worry about.

If you need one from an 01+ I have one thats been in the garage for 6-7 months. I installed it and then realized my s/c pulley would not work with it 99-00 pulley, so it has no run time. 30.00 + shipping if you need it. Oh yeah, I paid pretty close to 190.00 from the dealer. A normal f150 one will not work btw.
