hey i know this has probably been discussed before but i could not find it when i searched. i just got my full bassani exhaust today from LFP (minus the headers) and i was wouuld like to get it welded but the little papers that come with the exhaust says that it voids the warranty. is there a reason for this? shoudl i just go with the clamps? what does everyohe else usually do?

Clamp it, just don't use the supplied clamps. They suck. Go buy some stainless traditional style muffler clapms and you will be fine.

 

Clamp it, then clamp it again with the regular clamps, then
clamp it again ... THEN weld it ... < grin >
