engine missing after mods

I have a 2001 Lightning. It has a ported Eaton, JDM phenolic spacer, stock tb, JLP ram air, Predator tuner, etc. I pulled the blower, removed spark plugs which were factory, installed new NGK TR-6 plugs gapped to .035, installed the ported blower with original gasket, installed the JDM spacer, and put everything else back together. I installed the new tune from PSP. Truck started right up and idled. Upon driving it, I noticed a big loss of torque. Vacuum is right where it was before hand. Boost is 12 1/2 lbs. The truck pulls awesome up high but has nothing down low. Before it would fry the big 20" tires into second gear. Now, it barely spins them. I noticed that the truck also misses at part throttle when trying to keep a steady speed. It also pops in the exhaust every so often just when idling. Does anyone have any ideas? Is it spark? Is it fuel? Is it timing? The timing under boost was 19 before, now it is at 16 under boost. Before the lowest it would go when you would hit the throttle was 19, now when the throttle is applied quickly, timing drops to 9 then goes quickly up to 14 and then 16. Is it the tune? There is a slight ticking sound that can be heard once in a while, usually under moderate acceleration. I don't think it is a loose plug. They all tightened down perfectly. I did add 10% timing just to see and it missed worse. Probably because it is harder to spark sooner with higher cylinder pressure so I believe it is a bad plug or bad or loose coil pack. Anyone else have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

The .042-.046 gap is for a stock vehicle with stock plugs. The more boost or if nitrous is used, the gap needs to be tighter to keep the spark from "blowing out". Also, the TR-6 plugs should be gapped a little tighter because they are a step colder than the stock.

tune

I would but everytime I call, I talk to a woman and I am never able to talk directly with Sal. Even when he is there. I am going to download the tunes from Diablosports website and try that.
