Ok ive gotta 01 lightning and i plan on puttin a 4 lb pulley on it with a 40 shot of nitrous running a cam 2 mix should this be a pretty safe set up? and whats the best but cheapest plug i can get for nitrous? trying to keep the price down im broke ha.

 

u want it to be safe ur probably wana get a dyno-tuned chip.

If you want to take the safe route til you get enough money for a dyno tune. I'd suggest skipping the pulley and with a stock tune shoot a 75shot. I've even seen guys run 12.5s on a 100shot with no other mods done. But I would'nt consider a 100 shot "safe" til you get a good tune for it.

The factory tune on your 01 is pretty concervative to begin with.

Oh and I would suggest a NGK TR6 gapped at 0.034" too.

That's your cheap ticket into the 12s.
