Anyway, I can’t fix your problem over the internet, but let me take another shot.

This truck uses F250 brakes in the back I believe, and let’s just say hypothetically speaking, someone has had a bad day and order or delivered the wrong master cylinder to the Lightning factory.
It doesn’t cost anything to check.
Hell I don’t even know if there’s a difference between an f150 and f250 master cylinder, but I’ll give you this, my 1999 Lightning 40,000 miles, original discs, third set of pads, (and I use Jesus Christ as a braking marker) can lock the brakes up then activate the ABS at 100mph with a quick jab. If you can’t do this or even come close to this, then something (parts) has changed between a 1999 and your year model.
I forgot to add, slight, slight mush, but what you would expect from a road going vehicle.
Tim, have you ever played with master cylinder ratios before? I know that you like to autocross, it would be right up your alley.

If you search the archives, you will see that most people feel that the Gen 2 brakes are mushy. You may have some factory freak.
I am just about at the end of my rope. Brembos and custom cooling ducts, and I still have sh*t for brakes.
I am thinking replace the master cylinder. I mean, what else can there be?
