Wheel value

Depending on what i decide to do with my built motor build up i might sell my boyds. What would be a fair value for a set of Boyd coddington Timeless 2's in 20" without tires? Like i said they arent for sale yet so this isnt a ad just want to know what to ask if the time has to come

i would think youd have a better chance selling them with tires...its much more appealing, at least for me, to be able to buy them and stick them right on the truck and not have the hassle of buying tires. but id say there worth maybe a little over half what you paid, if that....you just have to find the right buyer. those are expensive to ship as well which will be a speedbump when it comes time to sell them.

Yeller916 is correct. I took a real beating on ebay on some 20" wheels without tires a couple of years ago. I had the wheels straightened, refinished and tossed the tires because they were close to being worn out. Big mistake and someone got a sweet deal.

Just my experience, but it seems used wheel buyers want tires too per all the e-mails I got.

Good luck.

I got my Boyd Timeless 18"s with new Nittos off EBay for $1800. They were not perfect and needed a good cleaning. I picked them up, and saved on the shipping. It was not an auction but a buy it now so thats what the owner wanted out of them.
