What happened to your 02 True Blue Lightning?Did it have 20" Foose Spanks on it? I could never go that low where I live either. I think our trucks only look good lowered if they have aftermarket rims on them. So once you get some rims, I think it will look alote better.
Ill have a 4/6 drop without a flip kit in the rear... once i put on my lower control arms, ill be 2inches lower to the ground in the front.. 2 leafs removed in the rear and 3 inch shackled put you right around 6 inches...(or close to it) doetsch tech shocks, and hellwig sways.... ill get some pics up at the end of the week. i was thinking 22s but from what i hear theres a good possibility they will rub.,.
285/35/22 Tires are 29.9" tall and 295/45/18 are 28.5" tall. Thats a radius of .7" taller. I dont think that I should have any problems with rubbing. If anything, I can go to a 295/30/22 tire which is 29" tall, which I know for sure I won't have any problems with rubbing.

Looks very good bro, perfect for the stock 18's but if you went to a 22 with that drop I dont think it would look that good IMO...I like a little gap between the wheel and fender..just a little not all tucked in the wheel well.
The front has about a 1.5" gap, and the rear in that pic had about a 1" gap, but I removed the hitch, spare, spare crank, and it went up about .5". Im also planning to add a Sir Michaels rollpan, so that should raise it another 1/4-1/2". The 22" tire I plan on going with is only 1.4" taller, so it should fill the gap about .7". I should be fine.

How is the ride compared to stock?
