Here is an update to what happen. This guys L had a pcm that was not secure at the kick panel. With it moving around it caused the chip to move in the pcm causing a fuse to blow for the pcm. When this happen the truck thought it was being stolen when he tried to start it... New fuse and secured the pcm and all is fine. He lost that little black clip that holds the pcm to the bracket... Anyone have one? Thanks for the input..
