how often do you change the transmission fluid?

Since I have the 4X4 pan with the drain plug, I change mine yearly. Like stated above, it's cheap insurance.

If you read the rest of my post, I am specifically refering to Amzoil ATF. Duh!

how often do you change the transmission fluid?

Every 30,000 miles or three years of regular service. Especially if there is a majority of city driving.
