Stock Lighting rear axle

It's been quite a long time since I sold my 01. Now, after a long while of doing other things, I come back to find out things have really been ramped up in the Lightning world!!! With all these mod combinations you guys are throwing at these trucks, nowadays, how are the rearends holding up. When I was around, it was the thing to do the short block mods and tranny to get it to hold together for 11 sec setup. My question is how has the stock 9.75 rear been taking it; does it take what you give it.

I've heard of very few rear end problems.

The stock Rear End is very strong in these trucks. I've seen very few people change them and i believe when they changed them they wished they didnt because the stock one was very good. Unless your pulling 9's or maybe even low 10's your stock rear end will take the power.

The only reason I'm changing my rear end is to get rid of the 3.55, however I'm replacing it with a Ford Racing Gear set.
