I'm an odd duck with a sun coast 2500 stall. No problems here and my 60fts are down in the low-to-mid 1.7s with a 4# lower.

Not really! All I have is a 4# lower, filter, plugs and a 2,600 stall. I pulled Mid 1.7s all day yesterday on 28" ET streets. I expected high 1.6s. I now just think I need more power to get there.
