First of all thanx guys that site is great!!! I'm printing it as I type this, pics and all. So about the heads... I'm was about ready to sell the stupid things "that I haven't even got yet" and install a sert! I had no clue it was this much work. With my friends and my busy lifestyle my L is going to be down another month. That SUCKS! Sorry just venting. Anyways... I have the motor down to the heads and they should be here lait this week early next week. So with the time we have we are just pulling the motor. Pulled and removed everything we needed to, or so we thought. We pulled the single long motor mount bolt on each side that go's through the rubber gaskit. Thinking the motor would be able to rise 2" to clear the mounts and remove from tranny. It would not. It was then late so we called it a night. Do we need to remove the 3 bolts on each motor mount that bolt to the motor? That way we can slide it stright forward a few inchs then up? So that we dont get stuck on the tranny? Once again thanx for your help and any more you can give.
