Gents......I'm contemplating getting a 4lb pulley & a tune but trying to buy it up here instead....

Anyone you can recommend locally to get it from at a decent price or should I go through another channel. I've bought from both Chickenears and LFP and both were great....just looking at saving some of the duty we get nailed on.

Anyone heard of a place called BR Powersource in Oakville?

Any and all F-elp is appreciated!

I bought my #4, chip and tune at Dasilva Racing. I go to them for most of my stuff. Anything else I need I have been buying from JLP.

If you want more info on DaSilve let me know.

I don't remeber the exact prices but I believe the chip was around $500, the pully install was $120 (you could do yourself I was just too lazy), The pully I'm not too sure but I think I saved the cost of brokerage. The dyno was 60 dollars for 2 pulls (they had a special on).

I'm not sure if that helps, I'll try and find my reciepts if you want a closer value.

Thx a bunch Sweet! Appreciated! I'll check them out - I've heard of them for years in the Mustang circles. I was going to source the pulley from Chicken or LFP and then get the tuning done by Sal. I may do that as well and get it shipped to a U.S. address and just go from their as I am up in N.Y. next month.....we'll see.

Did the pulley and tune make a nice difference in your beast?

Yeah, I did the filter, chip, ftvb and pully at the same time and wow what a difference. I averaged a drop of a whole second in the 1/4 mile using a G-tech as a comparison.

In my opinion a chip, filter and pully really wakes up these trucks, definetly worth the money.

Hi guys,
Seeing all these Lightnings in the TO area, we should plan a meet in the next month, perhaps on an evening. It would be interesting to see all the great work which as been done on these trucks.

NTIMD8,
I will be in your neck of the woods tomorrow and over the weekend. Belcourt and St-Joseph. Does that ring a bell?
