Looking at the FRPP 1/2 drop....

For those of you who have it, did it change your launch much??

My truck hooks awesome on street tire, and I'm almost scared to change it.

Also I have the LFP traction bars, will I need to move the mounts at all??

Thanks in Advance,
Ed

I would advise against that kit. On my old truck, the front springs made the truck sit uneven (side to side). Over the years, many members of this board have had bad luck with them.
I would highly suggest the BellTech 4804 coils in front, and some sort of lowering shackle in the back.
With this set-up, my 60's were not hurt any. I still can cut low 1.70's worst case.

I installed this kit on My first GEN2 and now this Black 03 I have now. I had no issue's at all with the kit and it has suited my needs perfectly. It lowered the truck just enough so it does not look like a 4x4 but I still do not scrape the bumper cover on parking curbs. The truck handles better and has a lower center of gravity. It also cut some 1.8x 60fts on nitto's leaving very easy.

The kit is very economical and a great value. I have no complaints at all.
