Arrow Remove Catalytic Converters

I want to get a little bit more sound out of my truck and I was wondering if I got rid of my cats (all 4) would I need to get a tune for this. Will there be any pros or cons on doing this?
My truck is pretty much stock with the exception of an electric fan and CAI.

What do you guys think?

Thanks,
Tim

And I dont have to worry about the "Smog Police"

I stayed away from the cats and just deleted the muffler to aviod throwing codes.

Its pretty tame at idle, but really loud at WOT.

Do the first 2 cats have 02 sensors?

Get high flow cats and stay legal and avoid throwing codes.

technically high flows (in my state) are illegal unless you have over 80k on your vehicle. but they dont smog test obdII vehicles either. straight pipes sound like **** imo (ive done it). I would do high flows and a good catback. if you still want noise go with some long tubes.

if you do delete your cats, then get a tuner to get you a chip that tells the computer to ignore the rear o2s. or get o2 sims

I deleted the rear cats only and have had no codes thrown yet. Been three weeks now and the sound is just incredible with the Borla cat-back which was not much louder than the stock catback to begin with, so I think the stock catback should sound similar..
