the formula is :

offset = ( backspacing - [total wheel width] / 2 ) /2

The rims I'm looking at are:

Soft 8 397 Series Wheel
Size: 16'' x 8''
Bolt Circle: 5 x 135mm
Rear Spacing: 5''

Will those work?
