couple suspension questions

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone has heard about our trucks having "c o c k e d" axles to give it chamber in the back? I'm getting some inside wear and the truck is in align. The tires are roatated about every 2500-3000 miles. I had a friend tell me about the road racers doing that to their vehicles and we was wondering Ford might have done this to the Lightnings. Another question is do we have a rubber boot on the bottom of our springs in the front? My truck is off about 1/4" from the drivers front to the pass front and I'm trying to figure out what the deal is.

i don't know about the rear axles being "c o c k e d", but my guess would be no on that one.

the wear on the inside is probably just from them being on the front, the negative camber wears the tires badly on the insides.

there is a rubber spring isolator on top of the front coil springs. it is about 0.5" thick

That's just the thing though, the truck is in the ford aligment specs. Does ford specs have these things at a neg. camber then?
