I have a guy trying to sell me enitre Bassani kit from long tubes to catback. He says they are SS lOng tubes Catted X pipe and duel mufflers. Can this be true? I haven't heard of long tubes from Bassani. He wants 1300.00 for them. Should i get them?

 

i think the ss is shorter then long tubes but longer then shortys im not to sure i have a buddy getting the same thing and he explained it to me hopfully some one that knows will chime in

 

Bassani has not and currently does not, make Lightning long tubes. I had a customer one time tell me he had Bassani long tubes on his list of mods. I thought that was odd, and called Todd at Bassani. Todd said they never made them, unless it was some under the table thing that Darryll Bassani did for someone, and then if that was true, then they would have a template for production and would be able to make them.

To my knowledge, NO, I have Bassani's all the way up to the headers, and I wish they would make long tubes, I'm trying now to figure out what headers to go with.
