I've been lurkin for a while after wreakin my L and thought of everyone here yesterday when I saw a black 03-04 L spank a new Audi on the tunpike while on my way home from work. Brings back memories I wish I could act on. The two passed me at about 120ish and were not planning on slowing down.

You need to buy a salvage project 99 or 00 and build it up. Didn't you ditch your L because of the payments?

 

No. I hydroplanned and hit a dodge pick up and it was totaled out. The guy I hit is still claiming he's got a "slipped disk" BS! And he wont turnover his medical records or come up with a real lawyers name as of yet! He's given two fake names already and is now claiming he had to be taken from the scene in a Resue squade. When both me and the FHP officer saw him leave in his own truck and he was perfactly fine. I didnt persue anouther L simply becouse of the inflated insurance cost. Even with my curent truck it went up like $40.00 a month. So I'm waiting to see if they drop me in march when I'm up for renewal, Although they didnt have any problems insuring me right after the accedent, So I'm hoping for the best.
