Hello everyone, I've been reading the posts for years now and it's about time to log on and say hello. I have a white /99 with 415hp and 525 torque. I have no times and drive it daily in the allowable season, now it's -20c and the dust is getting thick on the truck. I hope I'm able to add something to the threads, as I've received a heap of info over the years from the threads. Thank you to all.

How long have you had your L

 

I had a /95 Dodge shortbox and it got ripped off in /99 so after they wrote the truck off I test drove the Lighting in July /99 and fell in love with everything that the truck did on the test drive.

 

sounds nice, I fell in love with the L's back in 95, just never could afford 1, got the chance in 02, thought the supercharger was a nice bonous compared to the original L's. Bought mine without even hearing 1 run, but the salesman insisted we go for a test drive anyway, he was more geeked than Me

 

Here in Toronto they would'nt even let anyone even test drive the Lighting for the fear of drive-aways. This had happened with mustangs, test drives turned into thefts.
