I'd be real careful with the tune, as I'm seeing 14.5lbs boost with the ported eaton and a 4 lb'er , and with stock injetors & pump leaned me out to 15:1 on streetside 13.5:1 race side.
but yes on paper, you should be there with that combo, as I saw 390/475 before the port job

 

I would say yes with a good dyno tune.
I would have made it with just 4 more HP and thats with a 4#er.

If not, then something is wrong and/or you wasted a lot of $$. I'd say it should be 420+rwhp with a safe tune.
