About time someone spent some time/effort/$$ on the suspension. Just because you race in a straight line line doesn't mean the suspension isn't important. My bet is you will see more results (once dialed in) than adding another 250hp. Box in as much of the frame as you can. Lots of X-braces. Stepup the rollcage as well. At least you can make it a semi-tube frame. Adding to the cage will help prevent the twisting.

I believe that truck had a cage in it 3 days after it left the dealership...

I think it was the 1000 plus lbs. of torque that did it...

Yeah I noticed that also, been involved in supplying safety equipment for years. However there is no gas tank near by
