My truck (01 with 30k mi) does this too.

It happens when I starting off from a stop, just taking it easy, and it happens when I'm declerating to a stop, right before I come to a dead stop.

The whole truck shudders a little bit, the feeling is like I suddenly have a lopey cam for 2 seconds then it goes away.

I just figured it was part of having a LSD in the rearend.

I have finally figured out that my truck does not shudder in a straight line but shudders when I have the wheels turned to the left or to the right even just a little bit.

Bootbox, I have also noticed it when my truck is about to come to a stop but it's not as noticable then. I figure it will clear up when the clutch packs are changed.
