So far not going with the Top builders here is my list with pricing.

5.4 block bored .20 over with JE pistons, manley rods, steel crank, bearings, ARP bolts , and Hi oil pump. 3600.00

At this point you can use everything else wtih your old engine.
Minus the new gaskest.

I bought new headsstage two port polish, stage 2 crower cams and springs, dual 255 fuel pumps, 60 lb injectors, New tune and installed

Total with the block 8700.00

Heads/cams 2100
Fuelpumps/injectors 600.00
New tune/ 400.00
installed 1200.00
misc. 800.00

Do you think its beter to get it all done at once or get the block built and then wory about the heads, cams, injectors, and fuel pump later?

If your motor is still intact, you would want to re-use the block. It's always better to start off with a seasoned block if possible.

I got my engine from VT Engines for 10k with everything I need, plus 120lb injectors and it's good for 1200HP with a one year warranty.

It takes over a month to build, and two or threee days to install.

If you have the funding do it all at once. If not you can do it later. I felt that I had enough money to do it all since I saved alot not going with one of the know builders. (JDM PSP JLP) seems alot cheaper. And the guy doing for me is well know for his mod motors. So compared to spending 8300 from JDM and not getting fuel pumps injectors, long tubes, and install I have a great deal.
