Very impressive JDM. Of course we all have a 1000 questions. Instead of teasing us with a picture of an engine, can you give us some specs... or ballpark specs.

I know it will bolt in place of the 2v motor, but there are things like.... EGR, wire harness for coils, injectors (looks like you used cobra injectors for the pic) and few other items that wont just bolt in.
looks like my hd has a 4v in its future
Later...

I guess the rumor was true
Nice to see the plugs where they belong
Jim,
Will peeps be able to take advantage of the usual higher RPM's a 4v head is none for ? or will we still be limited due to our stroke?
Either way a 4v will obviously make more power and be more efficient, niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice............
My 96 Cobra's red line didn't even start till 6900,
I would love to see these things go 7500 RPM like a built BB Chevy can, WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO
As for the price goes its gonna determine on how cheap I can buy the 04 Navigator heads in bulk. The motor in the picture has 04" Navigator heads that are ported. It also has our custom ground cams which we have been working on the last 8 months developing. This motor also has a built bottom end with connecting rods that are good to 1200 HP. If you look at the fuel rails its an all stainless steel rail with offset ports to clear the manifold. The first two motors that we have assembled there was alot of custom work to the fuel rails as you can see this set is not quite done yet. We are trying to source a company to make them for us. Its a metric tube that is just over 1/2" somebody asked about the injectors. This is just an old set we had laying around for mock-up. The motors will get 60# injectors, also the EGR goes on the supercharger intake just like a production lightning. The cross Brace for the supercharger tensioner we decided to go ahead and make the first 10 of them by hand because it takes almost two months to get the casting done. As for the wiring harness you can use your stock Lightning harness you'll just have to extend the coil wires. We will probably offer a harness with the motor for the people who dont want to do their own wiring. This is not a cheap venture for JDM casting the intake manifold, designing our own fuel rails, casting the tensioner bracket, modifying the timing chain cover to work with the caged lower pulley, and also developing the cams for everyday driving with the weight of our trucks. The built motor program we do here with the 2 valves with the current superchargers available we get 640-680 to the tire and the 4 Valves will add 100 Horsepower with the same superchargers. Now with the extreme motor we built / 3.3 whipple you can make just over 1000 HP. We are going to be doing an aluminum block version, we have the block in house now we just need to machine it for the oil pump. Now the Aluminum block is lighter and you can also make it with a 3.7 bore which will give you more cubic inches.company to make them for us. The GTs come with a dry sump thats why we are machineing this one to fit the pump. A cast iron block with 04 Navigator heads unported the motor should go for about 9,000 to 9,500. With ported heads because there is no CNC program done yet will be about 10,500. The Aluminum Block version will be about 14,500. Hope this helps

JK. I realize you guys did a great deal of work on this one. But how about for the guys who are maybe just interested in the cover, manifold and fuel rails and maybe even heads, any plans to market a kit that way?? For the guys who already have a built shortblock.
