What kind of gains have you seen on a dyno?

A good port (Apten) should net you anywhere from 20-35rwhp depending on mods.

more power you are making before hand, the more power you will see after.

I have an E-fan, 6# lower, ported Eaton and I'm at 435/522.
on a conservative street tune.

The ported supercharger really seems to shine when you start spinning it faster (4lb or 6lb pulley). I gained around 40rwhp with the apten port. (mods were chip/ 4lb pulley/ Filter / Throttle Body)
dyno'd at 430/519tq.

Some gain more and some gain less it seems with the port. I would say the average is around 30hp give or take a few.

from what ive seen people post, eveyone gains differently, i think its mostly based off of their other mods as well and their tune as well. Try searching for some more info too, that might help you understand better, im sure there are some dyno charts lying around somewhere.

It's amazing how close we all are on HP/Mods.

Last weekend on a 75 degree day, I made 438/504 with similar mods.

Either of you guys run on F1's with your mods?

I'm at 428rwhp and 521rwtq with a 4# lower and Apten port.

Blown347, I've run a best of 12.85 on F1s (1.9x 60ft)

I do have a convertor which makes it pretty tricky to launch now-a-days. I actually got more consistant and quicker 60fts (on F1s) with the stock convertor.
That 12.85 was followed with a hot lap at 12.87. I was in street trim minus the tow bar, front sway bar, and 30psi in the rear tires.

I'll be running full weight.

What's the best PSI for the F1's as far as "hook" is concerned?

Best I've ran is 12.9 @ 107mph. Truck was at full weight minus the receiver. This was in the summer at about 87 degrees. I had nitto dr's at the time but could not get them to hook. all of my runs were 2.0 (60 ft time) with my only 1.9 coming during my 12.9 run. I think track prep plays a major part in it in whether you hook up or not.

IMO the stock F1s are best at about 27-28psi.
