How did that happen, you drop the intake?
I would get it welded.

guy said when he installed it and put the bolts in it just cracked....

It can be fixed. However you'd probably spend about the same amount just replacing it.

It would need to be welded, machine the gasket face, and then repolished.

Looks more like they tourqued down 1 side before starting the other.
I'd get some estimates on welding and machineing to make sure it's true, then compare to replacment cost.

Man that sucks. I can't imagine the time and or cost of polishing just to have some numb nutts break it. If it was done at a shop and you were paying, I'd make them pay to replace the part. JMO

It was my plenum, I did the polishing myself. When it broke, I decided to just buy one polished from LFP instead of messing with it. I didnt drop it or improperly install it or over-torque the bolts, it just broke. I gave it to Scott and if he can fix it, that would be great because I put alot of time in that piece and it turned out really nice.
