01 XLT Sport, I really don't know, I blew my motor back on June and got a built lower. So the pan was installed before the motor was put back in the truck. It is a tight fit, so I would think the motor would have to be lifted anyway. Hope I anwsered your question.

I dont know if Mag-tech still makes pans, its a little big but I like it.

 

Pete- Big is an understatement. That friggin pan is Ginormous!!!
