Help get me back into a Lightning

Sorry I am confused

It was a short run with Audi and it is now over. They are buying back my car and everything should be done in the next few weeks.

I am still thinking about getting another s4 or maybe an s4 avant (wagon) just because the car (when not broken) is just amazing.
If I don't go that way I do not know what to do.

I made the decision to sell the L because of all the issues I had with it but also because I owned 2 cars that were not functional during a NY / VT winter. So if I buy another L I will be right back in that place.

I am going to test drive a caddy srx and a land rover LR3 to see what I think about that if I decide against a "sports car/truck"

Not sure what to do, I guess I could always get a beater for the snow days.

Anyone know of any sonic blues around NY? I think if I go this route I may try this color to see if it is faster than BLACK!

No but there is a True Blue 02 here in MD.

Get an L and get a beater for the crappy weather...like a POS AWD 89 Suburu or somthing like that?

Cops pay attention to red because they can actually see it moving. Now, with sonic blue it is hard to see because it appears to be a blur, like something stuck in their eyes. When they go to wipe their eyes the blur is gone, unlike red that just appears to be hanging around…

Sonic BOOM!!!! baby, undetectable, evades radar like a stealth military jet…

Just my advice, but if you're looking to stay away from problems, run away from the Land Rover as fast as you can. I've always heard about their bad reputation, but never bought into it until my friends got their '03 Discovery. It's been in the shop at least 10 times - several of those were for the same problem (self-leveling rear end). Land Rover would fix it, then it would break again. Even worse, the closest dealership is ~100 miles away. That's 200 mile a problem, plus the miles the dealership puts on it while they have it. It's a lease, so all the repair trips are killing them. Neither the dealership or Land Rover gives a **** and neither will give them any concession on mileage overages. They absolute hate it and can't wait to get rid of it.

Basically you want something to drive all year round in snow and that is pretty fast.
How about a subaru wrx sti? Mitsubishi lancer evolution VIII or MR?
Both are pretty decent cars, easily modified, pretty light and quick.

i cant agree more about land rover quality. We bought my mom a Freelander, and its been through 4 sets of brakes in 26,000 miles and 2 years and has been in the shop more times than i can count.

stop playing around and being a biatch.

Get a Lightning again or get a STI. Either or, you'll be happy with. Dealing with car problems is something u should get use to and deal with to a certain extent.

Try a sti for a few years then get a Gen3 Lightning. Granted if they're out in 2007/2008
