What I don't understand is why you are a pulling this deal because of a few complaints. That will do more to reinforce their negative comments than defuse them.

And BTW Jimbo, I have personally seen the paid reciept Julie gave JJ for my and one other exhaust that he had to come up there and wait for and help build, only for you to take all day to do so.

Sorry there scooter. Your customer service is horrible no if, ands, or buts. I dont know why, but you constantly pull the "if our customer service is soo.... then why...." Grow up Jim. To be honest I believe that SINCE you've made such a large name for yourself in the last four years your letting your integrity and customer service slide. I think that in the next four years you will most likely notice a decrease in customers due to this fact. You have some amazing vendors on these boards like Sal. You should attempt to learn from him, you've seemed to forget what is required on your end if youd like to avoid these comments.
And my basis for this.... Remember my pal Matt Hobson. Of course how could you forget. Remember all of the promises you made him. Remember what you told him what was in this "incredible motor". And after more than 12 MONTHS he finally got his grey GT back. He wasted soo much time and god knows the rediculus amounts of money so you could jerk him around.
Just like these exhaust systems are half a$$ed..... so was matts mustang after it was finally returned to him a year later. Doesnt surprise me one bit
So if our customer service stinks we wouldnt have the largest stock and we would have been number one supplier since the beginning, epecially considering our prices are a little higher, Because we have so many employees to talk to the Lightnng community on a daily basis, and so many products in stock, I dont think your statement was accurate

$$ I JUST SPENT $10.000 BUCKS WITH JDM AND I AH HAPPY
I got a lot of good friends at JDM as for as i am corcern they are good people and know thier stuff and i just spent $10 grand with them no problems what so ever. " I don't believe in bashing someone for some thing that happen two years ago that we don't know the whole truth about.

I feel that JDM makes some killer products and has probably the best engine program around for our trucks. I have bought some products for my 01L from you in Orlando, the year Grebeck was killed. When I bought that stuff you made me feel like I was doing you a favor to buy from you. I see many of your customers posting that they are un happy with this or that and all you make is excuses.
Why not just get them taken care of? Your not helping get rid of any of that 300k inventory you have by not satisfying your customers (all of them). It also VERY OBVIOUS to me that you really go above and beyond for the guys that spend big money while many others get less then satisfactory service?
Why not go above and beyond to make sure all you customers are happy. I realize that you are not going to satisfy everyone all the time but there are alot of people coming out of the wood work about being un happy JDM customers. I have seen this happen in multiple threads on various boards and the same theme comes up over and over again.
I am going to take my L to the next level this year with a built motor, KB, fuel system, ect ect and I honestly dont feel comfortable with buying anything from JDM because I dont feel they will take care of me and ensure I am satisfied with your products.
This is not flame for you or anyone at JDM but mearly my observations and personal feelings.
